The Global Institute for National Capability (GINC) is a data laboratory and academic research initiative focused on building decision-grade national capability ratings and system-level assessments.

GINC is developing a National Capability Framework that articulates the foundational capabilities shaping national advantage. We construct frontier-based measures to benchmark generational national capability within this framework over time. These assessments deliver decision-grade insights to guide long-term strategic priorities across policy, investment, and institutional decision-making.
