GINC is a think tank for national capability. Our mission is to advance the measurement of nations. Our methodology is developed by a global consortium of academic, government, and industry experts. We rate nations capability by capability rather than through aggregate power or efficacy indices, track national and institutional research impact through advanced bibliometrics, measure the depth, polarity, and trajectory of bilateral relationships, and analyse the rhetoric through which states project intent and doctrine. The result is an integrated, comparative and longitudinal view of national strength, one that sits upstream of geopolitical analytics, measuring not the events of this week but the generational shifts that will define the decade.
National capability decisions are made on long horizons, even as the shifts that matter emerge year by year.
